The owner is Thiru Kumar, who is originally from Jaffna, Sri Lanka. They serve South Indian–style dosas made from rice and lentils, along with coconut chutney and sambar.  There are various veggie fillings available.Their hours are generally Monday-Saturday from about 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (or close in that period) and they are closed on Sundays.
